KG Ai ERP came out of running a precision CNC shop and getting tired of being the integration layer between four systems that wouldn't talk to each other.
Why it exists
The gap wasn't quoting. It was everything after the quote.
There is good quoting software. There are capable shop ERPs. There is accounting that does accounting well. What there wasn't, was one system where the quote you sent became the job you ran, the job you ran became the invoice you sent, and all three taught the next estimate something.
Every hour the floor clocks against a job is a correction to the number that was quoted. A quoting tool that never sees the job cannot learn from it. That gap is the whole reason this is an ERP and not an estimating add-on.

Every update is included
New modules, sharper AI, anything that ships while you're a customer. There is no upgrade tier and no invoice for a feature that didn't exist when you signed.
No rate is ever a default
Every shop prices differently. Nothing in this system ships with a number baked into it, which is why an unset rate stops a quote instead of guessing one.
Your data stays exportable
The second question every shop burned by an ERP asks is whether they can get their data back out. The answer here is yes, and we'll show you how in the demo.
